Register Your MAC Address
MAG and Enigma devices require your MAC Address to be registered in our system to work.
Look at the back/bottom of your device for a code starting with 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX.
Please send this MAC address to our support team or enter it during checkout.
Configure Portal URL
Enter the UltraHD Server address into your device settings:
Go to Settings > System Settings.
Select Servers and then Portals.
Set "Portal 1 Name" to UltraHD.
Set "Portal 1 URL" to the Host URL provided in your email.
Restart & Load
Save your settings and press the Reboot button or unplug your device for 10 seconds.
Your device will now load the UltraHD Interface and update the channel list automatically.
Troubleshooting MAG Devices
"Page Loading Error"?
This usually means your MAC address hasn't been activated or the Portal URL was typed incorrectly. Double-check your email info.
Buffering on MAG?
MAG boxes are highly sensitive. Ensure you are using a high-quality Power Supply and a wired LAN connection.
